IF A PHOTOGRAPHER OR ANY TYPE OF INDUSTRY COMPANY TELLS YOU THAT THE COMPENSATION IS NEGOTIONABLE...WHAT'S A GOOD STARTING RATE TO NEGOTIATE WITH THAT PERSON? ex: photoshoots/short film/sitcom/reality series/use your pictures for something etc...

I would start by asking them what they have been paying other models. If you can live with it OK, but if their rates are below what you can work for, then make them a counter offer.

Be careful.

Don't get pressured into signing ANYTHING without the chance to leave and come back with a decision.

Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it almost certainly is, no matter how much you want it or believe you desreve it.

Suggest you get an agent and/or attorney, or at least some one with some decent experience.  NOT a boyfriend/husband/family member.

GOOD LUCK!!!!
