So I've been having my go at a few of my own shots doing pixel or near-pixel level D&B.  I've seen some incredible results here and elsewhere.

But...

I'm not sure that I'm getting it.  Progress is slow, and while I think I'm getting the concept, I would really appreciate it if somebody might post a layered PSD example that I could examine.

I feel like I'm missing something in the recipe.

There's a pretty good video here on D+B.. I don't think she speaks through the video (I had my sound off) but you pretty much get the idea from watching it and looking at her layers.. It shows how long the image would take as well..
