I had a shoot yesterday.

1) I first contacted the model Saturday evening. 1 e-mail exchange and the shoot was set up. We were shooting less than 12 hrs later. No hassle.

2) When I asked her to have her nails manicured before the shoot, she complied. No questions asked?

3) Since the shoot was set up last minute and I didn't have an MUA available, she stopped at the mall and got it done herself. On her dime.

4) She was completely open to my ideas and had some of her own. No hang-ups whatsoever.

5) While posing she never once uttered the words, "I don't know what to do."

I must be dreaming. She was an absolute pleasure. Who is she?

I couldn't agree more - there are many models out there who are just plain nice people and the fact that they are beautiful and fun to work with is just an added bonus. You are also to be commended for letting everyone know what a delight this woman is!

If she was such a pleasure, why'd you give her the bird?

You know, John,

I've been racking my brain, trying to remember a model who wasn't like the one you described...

Couldn't think of one....

Guess I'm a pretty lucky guy....=*^)

EDIT:

or could it be because I never do a shoot without a Look See?..=*^)

John, you should check out my new friend Laura W.

She was not only on time but looked amazing and didn't seem to mind that we worked for 4+ hours while she froze her tail off in her little cocktail dresses.

I've seen Mel's work.  She's been doing a lot lately.  It's nice to hear such a great report.

It's rare that I click right away with a model. Is it strange that I cannot stop thinking about the shoot? It's more satisfying to me than great sex!

BUMP!

I agree!  Unfortunately, people are more inclined to complain about bad experiences than to post about their good experiences.

Wonderful. What a beautiful picture with the bird. I've often thought about doing a fun shoot with my dogs. They'd be nuts though, lol.

I hope you have more experiences like that in the future!!

Something good happened to John???????  The model looks incredible, but something good happened to John?  He must be making it up.  There has to be something wrong.  Come on, where is the punchline?  Did the bird nest in her ear, or worse?

What can I say, it is nice to hear a nice story!
