May-Feed A Model
I know it is a crazy thought: Get out your wallet and feed your favorite model for a shoot. Maybe in June we can have a feed the photographers month. Plus any shoot that's 1/2 day or more comes with a meal for the model (lunch or dinner, depending on time of day). After the shoot is over, I just say "I need to get food. I'll feed you if you want to come along." If they have an escort, they're invited too. And it's usually a casual sit down restaurant. It's hard to make them leave though.
