I made one like the second image for a film i just worked on as the wardrobe person couldnt find what she was looking for, i poped down to the fabric store picked up $2 worth the wide mesh, A fish net nylon would owrk too if you spray starched it. And I added feathers and vwallah i hat. I will see if I have a picture.......
