Okay I have had the same avatar for like 4 weeks and for some reason it has a "this avatar contains Nudity" Balogne.... What the crap..

Someone probably didn't like the blood... I'd just pick a differant one and not worry about it. Didn't they let you know why the picture got the 18+ thing slapped on it? I thought you got a note when they did that. The "nudity" thing isn't accurate anyway; a photo may be considered 18+ and not show any nudity. They may want to change that icon at some point.

And since your avatar is open to the public, nudity or any obscene material ("bloodwork", bondage, etc) is not allowed. If you are unsure if your avatar is acceptable, change it. Simple as that. Moderator's judgment applies here.

It is still bothersome, that they waited 4 weeks to do that... Oh well!

No its a facial shot with a little blood on it... its not a big deal any more... I will change it
