The rights and code to Model Mayhem have been sold to TV Taxi Inc., and within the next month the site will become a plug-in for One Model Place.
The good people at OMP are looking forward to screwing up the code and overcharging users for inefficient service and increased levels of annoyance.
The move comes as a surprise to many, but appears to have been inevitable to others. The simple fact is one of money, and the offer from TV Taxi was substantial.
I have been in touch with them, and they assured me that they have all kinds of Draconian plans for the site in the coming months. I await with baited breath.

We'll have to see what is done with it after it is integrated into the OMP matrix. I suppose there might still be some free functionality for the free users, but everything else on OMP is "pay for play."

yeah all our 20 pictures are going to be gone and we are going to be stuck with 5.
