I live in San Diego.  On the "Nelson Relative Hotness of Women (RHW) Scale" San Diego women are about 5 on a scale of 1-10.

On my first trip to Atlanta in 20 years I found that women there rated something like 6, or 7 at the airport.

When visiting Winnipeg a new record was set at 8.5, but I did stay near the university and that probably skewed the results.

Minneapolis gets a 6.  Washington, D.C. - 7.  Dallas - 5.  Ft. Worth - 6.  St. Louis - 2.5.  Hollywood - 5.5.  South Miami Beach - 8.  Hamburg - 3.5.  London - 4.5.

Am I missing any interesting cities?

Manhattan is right up there with Winnipeg.  Maybe an 8.  The other boroughs get something like 5, give or take 1.  But as individuals exit the tunnels and bridges onto Manhattan they inflate by about three points on the scale.

Ditto! I've been to 16 states and ridden through countless cities, and nowhere else have I seen so many beautiful women as in NYC! Last time I went, I almost had whiplash...

I think we need to break it down to "micro-regions", though.

UW Campus in summer - 9.0
UW Campus in winter - 8.0
Downtown Seattle (at night) - 8.0
Downtown Seattle (during the day) - 7.0
North Seattle - 4
Etc etc...

I found Athens Greece to be imppressive...  The traffic is so bad that alot of Athenians opt to walk because it's faster than dealing with the traffic...  I would guess the average working Athenian Woman is walking at least 3 - 5 miles (or more) a day..  And it shows!!!

Ankara (around Kavaklidere) is something like 8.5, but it goes down as soon as you leave the boulevards.

The 16-25 are an 8, the 25-40 are 8.5 but if your looking for HOT MOMMAS try REDMOND AREA.

Now if you looking for HOT, GOTH SEATTLE has some Amazingly Hot but rather RUDE ones. (mabey the Rude part is just me, a Ginger.)

Alabama probably rates about a 5, but that's because of one really gorgeous babe.  If she left the state would fall to about a 3.5.

EDIT:  For any Alabama models wondering who the one real gorgeous babe is, it's you.
