Are there any famous models turned photographers?

The only one that comes to mind is Bunny Yeager (that shot some of Bettie Page's photos...)

There has to be more.

Are there any more? smile

I guess no one wants to play.  Okay I'll start with one slightly less popular...there are more, I'll let the fashionistas chime in.

But mine:  Sarah Moon

I shouldnt let this secret out but I think a lot of models shoot amazing images. They pick up little tricks along the way and use all of them to form their own wonderful style.

I think they have a great perspective, and are undoubtedly much more empathetic towards their models. I wish we could see more of them!

Tedium and inertia drove her other half to the brink of madness, so now she's on sabbatical under a rock waiting for some inspiring models to work with.  I'm tempted to start a poll about who thinks Mizz Saffy should learn how to shoot tongue

I get that a lot.  Models often comment on how comfortable and confident they feel when we shoot.  I suppose it's because I know what makes me feel good when the situation is reversed, and I try to give them that.

The famousness - not yet.  I'm workin' on it, though.  wink
