and no one is there to take her picture, was that "modeling"?  Read "Being and Nothingness," then discuss.

The answer is "YES" because she had her cell phone cam, held it above her head, squeezed her boobs together and now she has the photos in her portfolio...

In the Marines, the joke was always:

If a lieutenant gets lost in the woods...

...does anybody care?

Shouldn't that read "when" instead of "if"?

Have i told everyone about the time i stepped in "dog leavings" while on a first date?  It didn't leave a "good impression".

Do you still need a signed release to use the photographs?

It's not actually a story I share, but seeing that she broguht it up, I can't see any way I can make it worse. We were shooting at a park using a fallen tree as part of the image, and she noticed the distinctive odor of freshly foot-pressed "dog leavings". She was concerned that she may have stepped or knelt on the gift of the dog. Made for the great facial expression. wink

If she's dead or unconscious, just put a pen in her hand and assist her to sign the release.  I'm pretty sure that's legal.

Then we would have a case of inappropriate touching on the part of the tree.

Yes, it's best not to branch into that subject.

Particularly if the tree was sporting wood.

I almost missed the oak-ay.  Good pun.  There's so much bad spelling on MM, I at first thought that was one.  Glad I looked again.  Hate to miss a pun.  :-)

How many trees died to print Being and Nothingness?  And how many people have actually read the entire 809 pages?  Were any of them photographers or models?

Oh, I'm sure all posters in this thread have read "Being and Nothingness," because I asked them to.
