For a conceptual project, I need something which will be harmless to the model, a manageable cleanup for subject and studio, and will absolutely resemble green paint on, of course, a colour image.

Any suggestions ???

Hmmmmm.  Custard and some food dye comes to mind.

But I'm having treatment for it.

You could always colorize the model in post production...
