I don't get it.  Does what the photographer calls it, before or after the fact, change the images?  If you were OK with them before, does the label make any difference?  With terms as confusing as erotica and porn, no two people are going to have exactly the same definition, and if the shots are erotic enough someone is sure to call them porn.

Sweetie, Time for Business 101.
If you sign a document, You get an exact copy of it.
If it is a model release, You should definately have had a copy of it.
As it is, You presently have no proof of anything. :-(

Always get a copy.

I always bring two copies of the model release I use and have the model fill out both so she can take a copy of the signed release home with her at the end of the shoot.  I keep all my signed releases in a file with the negatives.
