I love what I do! and I am focused on taking my career to a higher level and im not sure if I shoud find an agent to do that or if I should try to find work for myself (Im behind the chair/counter alot and I want/need to transition to sets and shoots) what do you beautiful people think I should do??

I suggest you do more testing before looking for an agent. You need at least 12 Outstanding photos in your book before you can start looking.
This will take you a bit, but be patient!
