I agree that with that requirement that no one will shoot with her.  Especially not the guys who really do have Playboy contacts.  But that last comment really was unnecessary.

There is not substitute for getting out there and doing your own research and own leg work.  I doubt posting multiple threads here asking for someone else to help you be discovered will do any good.  But who knows.

That may be true as far as "model scout(s)" go. I've never heard of such a position within a publication. But there are legitimate publications that lurk here on Model Mayhem looking for new amateur talent to cast. You just won't find them participating in most discussions and using private messages instead.
