In my phone book they are copyright lawyers, as copyright extends beyond entertainment.

I'm not a lawyer, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

I recently learned that hotels do not clean or change the comforters after each guest.. That bugs the hell out of me!

Yes they do. Once every other month.
But you don't want to know what goes on in between that time in those rooms.

Trust me.

Just turn up the heat and tear everything off but the sheets. They do change those.

Were they making money from your images?  If not, then you're probably SOL and the best thing you'll be able to do is send a DMCA-compliant copyright infringement notice to the person's ISP (if the photos are on the web somewhere).

Here in Philly we have Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. I had to sick them on a go go bar that wouldn't pay me. They got me a check in two days and it didn't cost me anything, but you can't make your living off of shooting for them to help you.

I'm in Law School! It falls under Entertainment Law, Biz Law, Copyright, .....and lots of other disciplines.

Take a peek at the following firms, they may be able to help you:

Another search phrase you might try; "intellectual property attorney". Also try editorialphoto.com and asmp.org. If you're a member of ASMP, you could likely get a referral from them.
