That site is incredible. I was listening to a relaxation CD at the same time, and it has a bunch of different sounds, like wind blowing, and birds, whila a piano is playing, and it sounded like it was made FOR that site...lol.

Fabulous work.

Sweet - I have my evening beer at the 3rd St. Promenade 3 days a week (about a 10 minute walk to where the exhibition's at)..  I think I'll stop in to check it out... It's always so much better in person... wink~

Seriously though, VERY cool work, interesting project spanning more than a decade....and I will definitely go see the real prints if I get a chance as these would be so kick ass in person as to be a spiritual experience.

My friend David Darling collaborated on the soundtrack for the movie. Did you hear the music playing with the flash?

I always keep my sound down on my computer. So, if there is music on it I have not heard it,lol. I stopped looking after 4-5 photographs, though. Some nice stuff but I can only take so much of shots of people with an elephant.

Some of the shots looked so heavily photoshopped that they almost seemed like what are called" Pointalism" drawings, drawing by making series` of dots.

From his site:

None of the images have been digitally collaged or superimposed. They record what the artist himself saw through the lens of his camera.

Im laid off and job hunting. Until I get the next job, it`s all weekend to me,lol. I tried the PB and coke last night, bleh, lol. I prefer it straight or with some sort of juice. I have also become a big fan of Disoranos on the rocks!

Strouds is the absolute best pan fried chicken I have ever sunk my teeth into smile
Never been to the one north of the river, but everyone knows the original is the best! I lived in KC for a total of about 5 years in the '90s. Love the place.
If you check it out let me know smile Oh and get the soup, not the salad!

I missed it when it was in NY and was beyond pissed.

I'm going to fly to LA to see it - if anyone wants to tag along drop me a line.  Drinks at the Standard Hotel afterward!
