release?
can anyone help me out with a release form? how do i make one? what should it say? Dec 15 05 12:54 am Link Probably better posted in one of the main forums, this seems to be a bit of a backwater! Not a lot of point me trying to help too much as the laws in the UK are slightly different. Technically a 'release' is not required here, though most mags reqire one as part of internal policy. Easiest is to just do a search on google but if you want some samples let me know and I'll email you a copy of one I use Baron Dec 15 05 11:38 am Link How did you get the models to allow you to post their photos in your portfolio? Dec 16 05 07:35 pm Link Hi, You can find a variety of free model-release forms on the Internet. One such form can be found at the Modeling Advice web site. The direct link to the specific page is: http://www.modelingadvice.com/modelrelease.html Another, somewhat more robust (and intimidating) form can be found at: http://www.dpcorner.com/all_about/releases.shtml Finally, a host of forms fall somewhere in between the two listed above. Simply do a web search and choose the model release that seems most appropriate to your needs. Take care, Tom Dec 16 05 07:55 pm Link |
