If you want a small amount, then you might be able to find a professional photo lab in your town that can layout and do single sided digital prints that would be fine for most uses. If you're looking to print many and want them two sided, you would want to look for a commercial printer. Most (in my area anyway) offer design services for simple jobs like comp cards.

Best place I know of is in LA called Supershots.  I can send you there # tomorrow if you'd like.  Very reasonable prices and their work is great.  They will custom design for you for no more than a standard layout.
