Spanish Ethnicty, would be from Spain, and is not generally refered to as Hispanic which would be either Carribean, or South or Central America.
And, no just because she MAY be of the Spanish Language does not mean that her ethnicity is from Spain.

Spanish = From SPAIN!
Spanish does not equal: Mexican, Peruvian, Cuban, Guatemalan, Argentinian, Bolivian, Chilean, Uruguayan, etc...
Besides, who cares what your Nationality is, if you are of Latin Origin and you live in California, you're Mexican, if you live in NYC you're Puerto Rican, and if you live in Miami, you're Cuban!
