I would highly suggest checking on the model's references.  I've heard many stories where sessions with escorts have been ruined by models wanting to have their photos taken.

Plus, you never know if the model will be serious about actually getting real photos taken or if they'll be satisfied with just hearing the click of a shutter.  If you have to actually provide a burned CD of images, I'd just pass as it's too much work (unless you are doing anon. nudes, in which case you can just grab body parts off the web and hand it over to 'em).

The model might mistake this as a casting couch situation then. You would need some rope with which to bind her to a chair so you might enjoy your escort. I would also consider a gag since models tend to be loud at the most inappropriate times.

All you need to do is set up an automatic camera with a flash that will snap a pic every 10 seconds and set it up in a dark room.  When the escort gets there just tell the model to stand against the wall and "model".  The model will be so enamoured by the flash, they will leave you alone until you return with the escort after doing whatever you will.  This way you also have pics to back up your "shoot" and be able to write it off the expense of the escort on your taxes!!! 

Hell of a way to go, I always try to sound weird on the phone so they will send a model along with the escort!

She's right.  You need to be very careful.  It is tough when you have to take time with the model before you can focus on the escort. 
The gag is a good idea.
