i heard a story once, that there was an llama herder attending a shoot and this photog wanted to step into the frame and get his pic taken with the llama... so he asked the llama herder to snap the shutter... i suggested that the "llama herder" that snapped the pic was the actual copyright holder... boy that pissed everyone off...

Oh geesh!!! I was only joking about the escort/copyright thing...but I had a feeling there would be a story or two come from it

the photog was..its my lights, my setup, my equipment... but the escort created the image i said... the photog got so mad at me...but i think im right..who ever creates the image owns copyright..it was a unique moment in time that was captured..by the person that snapped the shutter.. so maybe not such an off the wall situation...

Creating an image is a lot more than just pushing a button.

Buy some rural land. Dig several shallow graves. Keep a picture of those holes and earth mounds with you at all times. When someone needs to see into their future, hold out the picture and don't say anything - just stare directly into their eyes.

Wouldn't that fall then into work for hire? It's the photogs equipment, etc.

I really need this in a 30x40 poster for my office. Thanks for the best laugh tonight. These urban legends are started by models who are tired of standing in the buff while some middle-aged, overweight, balding guy wants to put his arms around her so he can make his high school alumni envy his success with the ladies.
