Now this is going to sound arbitrary but I always tend to believe the person with the better port when I read a flake thread, how about you?

Well, I tend to believe the one whose post and those posts before seem the less flakey.  In absence of a difference, I decide they both are at fault.

As for which one has the best folio, I wouldn't judge on that basis, unless one is referring to their folio as proof of their professional and personal standing (and the folio is trash.)

In tonight's made-up crisis on The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, a designer booked a model for LA Fashion Week after a go-see, Janice's partner sent them an email saying she wasn't available after booking her for a shoot in Mexico*, the designer's people misunderstood it, and she was a no-call no-show at a fashion show.

Now, I ask you, if a whole fake fashion agency can make an innocent mistake, can't we cut fake models a little slack here?
