Let's see....  $10,000 for a whole weekend, so I'm assuming that's 48 hours.  That's only about $200 per hour!  Hope she's not doing more than "implied" at that rate.  wink

I love the last line...

Posing for porn? Okay. Being in porn films? Touching? Oh no.....stupid people.

If an actress gets paid to do stuff with a guy on a porn shoot, for a video...then does that also count as prostitution? Since you're still paying for sex.

Actually the adult industry has a legal reasoning for that.  You are NOT paying for the sex, it's between two consenting adults.  You are paying for the RIGHT to photograph / video the act, thus it's about copyright and releases more than sex.  Also I'm sure that male and female porn stars, though having sex, don't consider themselves PAYING for sex with their scene partner.  They are in fact, paid to pose for video/still images while having sex.   It gets through the legal loopholes and personally, I don't think any of the 'stars' would get paid if it were not captured on some sort of media.

I think it's a very poor loophole. Because it's about them considering it. I am going to go and videotape all my encounters with prostitutes, and offer those for sale.

The producer of the video doesn't pay for sex. Paying for sex is prostitution. Videotaping people you've paid to have sex with eachother (but not yourself) is just pornography.

Everything's better when it sits on a Ritz!

Edit to add:

big_smile  Jesus, man - some of her website photos appear to be a little outdated.  She certainly appears to be a typical 42-year-old in her more current ones. (shudder)

I can just picture those stuffy country club wives watching all the "scantily clad" women in their binoculars and prodding their overly bourboned husbands, "honey, look at this...this is an outrage!"

"Prostitution in our nose-raised-in-the-air neighborhood? Preposterous!"

Kinda reminds me of Gladys on Bewitched lol.

Gotta say, some of the MM and other place wannabes need to read her modeling rates.

http://www.melissawolf.com/Schedule.html
" · Photo Shoots: $300 for the first hour, $200 for ever hour after, or $1000 for a full day shoot, (9am-5pm) I include the location at my house in Atlanta"

Now, for a published Penthouse model, with tons of experience posing, creating shoots, doing her own make-up, AS WELL AS use of her home (a gorgeous home in a tony neighborhood, btw), that rate seems reasonable. MUCH more reasonable than the $150/hour with a 4 hour minimum some wannabes quote here.

Doesn't matter what you think.  In California it keeps people who shoot porn from being arrested.  And that ultimately is what the loophole is used for.

OMG....I exchanged emails with Mrs. Taylor aka Melissa Wolf last year about a possible shoot (I even have emails with both names on them).  Her rates were about right given the access to her mansion as a location and her resume, but she was VERY specific that any hardcore B/G material would only be done with her husband, or G/G with models she knew and had been fully tested.  At no point was there any mention of escort services,  and no offer of POV-type photos or video.

What's the possibility that this 10k "dream weekend" was actually having the ability to be a "fly on the wall" and watch, photograph or videotape these folks having sex live, and as close up as you want?  And who's to say if any mutual contact was simply the passion of the moment?

I listened to Hannity interview a Porn starlet on the radio.  She claimed she got $10,000 for a night.  She only did it in Nevada, where it was legal.

I think this is a case of an over zealous District Attorney with a few self righteous neighbors!  Very unfortunate for her.  I hope she is able to get a great attorney and beat this.

I'm worried now about what my nieghbors might dream up when I start shooting models and cars on my property?  I live in a rather nice area with 60 acres.  There are some houses built above us that were not there before when I had some magazine shoots for Autobuff.   Hmmm hmm

When I looked last year, it was simply a form to fill out.  I didn't use it, just emailed her directly.

I wonder where the DA got all these attorneys, Drs. and businessmen from?  When I contacted her, I had to provide a website showing a sufficient quality of work "in order to weed out the guys who just wanna get laid...I don't do escort".

There are a couple of escort agencies that claim to be able to get most any men's magazine model (including Playboy and Penthouse), stripper or porn actress for the right price -- starting at $10,000 for a weekend with even higher starting rates for "big name" centerfolds and porn stars.  You get more than just the right to hang out with girls.  Supposedly, several of Hugh Hefner's "girlfriends" as well as the magazine's centerfolds have worked for these agencies.

The supreme court I think it was decided that while "Porn" was in a sense prostitution, it didn't fall under the definition of prostitution because a work of art is being created. And this is regardless of who is paying for it.

The exchange of money at that point is not the issue when photos or video is being shot. There are a lot of producers who are also performers who pay girls to shoot with them. Like Sean Michaels, Max Hardcore...etc.

Kind of cracks me up that the cops have nothing better to do. I guess there are no child molestors running around, no murderers.... I mean THESE are the things that actually cause me concern. Not people paying for sex.

Actually, I think the word was "performance", not "art".  It takes more than just coitus and cumshots to create art - ask Andrew Blake.

Some would say NO.  You are being paid to MAKE A MOVIE that has a requirement to have sex in the movie.  So you are not paid to have sex but paid to make a movie.

See SIMPLE isn't it??? bs

Loud panties???  That's an outrage!!!  Have these women no shame???  If they can't even be bothered to wear decent underclothing...  Oh.  Wait.  Loud parties.

Never mind.

All they have to do is have their customers, I mean 'extras' for the films be able to quote lines from the script of the movie being shot to make it all the more authentic.  and who doesn't like a little role play anyway...

Ya know ed...  I have always stayed away from her.  (our paths crossed a few times...especially around Halloween and Dragon*Con)  Something about her didn't seem right.  Besides, she has a little too much milage for my model taste...my photoshop at the time was not all that great.

iF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH EROTICREVEIWS.COM TYPE IN HER NAME ANS YOU WILL SEE WHERE THEY GET ALL OF HER "CLIENTELE" BASE FROM.

Type in anyones name who is an llama herder and has a good clientele base there and you can rate them and tell about your experiences with them. If you are not a paying member you can still read some things but not all the juicy details.
