Are your STOLEN PIC being sold? Check here..
My pictures are on there with my permission, I have an agreement with them for it, and I also have the rights to sell the pictures which are up there. I was careful not to put up the pictures to which I didn't have the rights. It's nice to know that everyone is looking out for stuff like this because it has happened before to me, but some should wait until they have more facts before jumping to conclusions and assuming that the pictures were stolen. Maybe some of the MODELS submitted pics to which they didn't have the rights to sell. Me: http://delivertheshocker.com/Girls/ You're number X on their page. They steal pics and sell them as wallpapers, etc. I thought you might like to know about it. Girl: Hey hun these guys have permission to use those pics! I have a deal with them :-P xo C Jan 09 07 01:10 am Link Monica Jay wrote: Yep, Lori said the same thing about her pics Jan 09 07 01:35 am Link Okay, so some girls say they have a deal with the guy. So what? UNLESS THE PHOTOGRAPHER HAS A DEAL WITH THE GUY THERE IS NO DEAL!!* The photographer owns the copyright and therefore has final say in how the images are to be used. This is not "self-promotion" for the model. It is clear commericial use - using the image to sell a service. I know that three of the photographers I contacted yesterday did not assign any such useage rights to the models they photographed. Here's some VERY good info about "joint copyright" - http://www.photoattorney.com/2005/06/jo … -work.html *The photographer may have assigned such useage rights to the model. It's the models you should be going after, because they signed an agreement saying they had rights to the pics. Jan 09 07 08:40 pm Link |
