And this case was over in 2002....are people on this site that behind?

Also, this case is not without precedent.

This is a five year old case.  Is there a reason we are looking up old cases and discussing them as news now?

It is, however, interesting, but it is a decision that I have known about for a while and has been discussed on the net several times before.

Wow, I now feel so much better about the hidden showercams I installed in the other apartments in my building!

The sad thing is...you get the feeling that the 'horror' of the parents at the apparent 'lasciviousness' of the images was a secondary motivator...next to getting rich quick by suing for an idiotic reason.

Why do I even ask myself the reasons why I'm becoming a predominant misanthrope...especially in this country?

...quite a different story, pervert.
In many states, however, the crime of the above described invasion of privacy
is a mere misdemeaner....that law needs changing, upgrading.

I see my attentiveness needs some work.

Good call.

I prefer to think of myself more as an entrepreneur.

That depends on your perspective.
