I had no plans for a shoot, but I had this urge to call around, find a model and do a really, really sexy shoot, something totally inappropriate for Christmas.  smile  I'll bet I could have found a model.  I guess it's just as well that I was too lazy to organize a shoot.  smile

I had the exact same thought.  Everything I needed to do I've done. And the house is all clean. I'm ready but afraid that shooting today is well out of the question.

:: sigh ::

happy holidays

My family does everything on Christmas eve. It's been a rather uneventful day.

I did a shoot today in Costa Mesa at my buddy's studio.  He's a fabulous photographer by the name of Phillip Ritchie.  It was great, went to have chocolate cake and some wine.  Also a model that is soon going to be a photographer by the name of Alex was at the studio as well.  We shot this beautiful model by the name of Diana Dee.  She's great to work with and I totally appreciated her coming by the studio to do this shoot on Christmas Day.  I firmly believe it was well worth the shoot since it was Christmas.  I think it's the best Christmas a photographer and model gift one can get.  Check out the images at Diana's profile.  https://www.modelmayhem.com/member.php?id=219832

Merry Christmas.

Can't be any worse than spending Christmas in a bar.

You know there are 125 volunteers that would drive, fly, to SF to make sure you dont spend holidays in a bar.

I can think of a few shots. Get me some egg nog, tinsel, a nativity scene, and meet me in the alley way in 5 minutes.

Nah, nothing quite that fancy. Had a long nourishing talk with my sister about everything that's been going on with me in the past few months.

not sure why you'd of deliberately (?!?) chosen "something totally inappropriate for Christmas" ...

... but there are likely some models, like some of us photographers, who are not of christian backgrounds who might actually have worked on the 25th.

yes, i worked,
