Slit wrists--Naw--Used to be a suicide counselor. Wine works, but temporary. Just a murky FUNK!!

Why not try and use being depressed to fuel your creativity? Sometimes that helps me.

I think that is what is happening. Check my port. Sexy glamour with a back note of "not so pretty". I expected this when I began down this path--it just ain't fun!

I just start thinking about how good we have it in this country, as opposed to people in other parts of the world.

There are people in the world that don't have any idea where their next meal is coming from. There are people that don't have access to fresh water, don't have indoor plumbing, etc.

These people have legitemate reasons to be depressed.

When the people that live in the richest country in the world find reasons to get depressed about everyday life , that just amazes me.

Your cartoon truly made me laugh!!
My Grandma used to tell me--"eat your dinner there are people dying of starvation in China"!!
Well she's dead--people are starving all over the World, many due to American policies and I am in a FUNK!
I'm gonna go find someone with their head in a bear trap--Hump the shit out of them and feel refreshed!!

Play music or try skipping. It's the only exercise you can't do while frowning.

Thanks Daniela,

Like I learned when suicide counseling--even one persons interest can stop a life-time of tragedy!! I ain't even in that mindset of depression, but your concern is life giving!!

yoga.

or just stay in bed feeling low!

actually ...anxiety
decision making stress
fear of failure or success
panic about personal choices
spiritual confusion
psychic pain
worry about control of events
interpersonal stress
ego sufferring
expectations and dissapointment can affect the most ''developed'' countries most

and lack of pleasure in life ... makes life just a chore
poor or chemical imbalances cause depression that's not realistic for us to invalidate!

Thanks again--the elitest self-indulgence is subsiding! I just need to get off my ass and do something different. A quick Idea that just hit me is that holiday season depression is a actuality and quite possibly contagious!!

the point being, since youare named gay, you can only see what gay sees, hear what gay hears, feel what gay feels, therefor all your feelings are gay, and you can never feel anything except gay..

(meaning gay in the traditional sense)
