To be eligible to enter the 2009 fashiontv Diamond Model Awards, each contestant must be:
Between 18 - 28 years of age at the time of completing this application.
- A minimum of 160cm tall
- An Australian citizen
- Must be available to travel to Melbourne for the National Grand Final on November 2nd
