After almost 12 months of communications, Sadie and I finally set a date to shoot together.
The day came, full of hope and expectation and we arrived enthusiastically at the studio to discover soon afterwards that our amazing makeup artist was trapped in stationary traffic and her chances of joining us were non-existent!
Totally undeterred Sadie was still keen to shoot and as the lights started flashing it quickly became obvious that what had seemed to be a disaster was simply a minor inconvenience. Without a trace of makeup Sadie looked like a true supermodel from the first click of the camera with looks and a figure which could certainly gaze down from the pages of fashion and beauty magazines on every newsagents' shelves.
When we get to shoot together again, as I hope we will soon, next time with a makeup artist, we'll have to go some to improve on our first, 'natural look" shoot!
