Hello, my name is Tony and I'm a photographer.
That's quite some admission I know but I believe in being honest.
My affliction started at the age of 14 when I attended evening classes and then, moving on a few years, when my schooldays were over and after a couple of years studying photojournalism I began what was to become a 35 year career as a professional staff newspaper photographer working on provincial newspapers throughout the North West covering just about every conceivable subject.
Now with more time on my hands I'm able to concentrate much more on beauty and fashion which have always been my two favourite topics.
I have occasional use of a friend's dance school which she lets me us as a studio when it's free. There's plenty of room for all my lights and backgrounds, a separate room to change in, plenty of mirrors and we can even brew up!  I also have friends who live on a secluded farm with lots of ramshackle barns and outbuildings and acres of wild moorland.
As I'm still working professionally and making a living from my work I do have rates but I am willing to work on a collaborative basis with models, designers and stylists on their upcoming projects so please feel free to get in touch - I'll look forward to hearing from you.
Whilst I'm ultimately looking for paid portfolio work,  I have several projects in mind which I'd be happy to consider on a  tfp/cd basis with the right team..... so please get in touch!
