J Carlo has many talents. Music, film and music videos; but he also has a tremendous love and passion for the art of photography.


After trying to survive in the music industry as a composer, writer, producer, engineer, vocalist and musician, he was forced into photographing himself in order to promote his musical career. By doing this, he bypassed the dependency on someone else’s time and availability, and found a very reliable way of self-promotion.


After being his own photographer for many years, he started automatically developing his new skill at a really fast rate and people started to notice his talent quickly.


Since J Carlo has been photographing himself to help promote his career, he has automatically shifted into the branch of editorial fashion which plays an important part in the wide spectrum of photography.
