Kisha Shantell, a Chicago Native has immersed herself into film exploring her many talents in writing, directing, producing and casting. But her true passions are acting, dancing, writing and creative producing. She’s been acting and dancing since she was 4 years old. She started taking her career seriously her sophomore year in high school after she met Savion Glover the famous tap dancer, choreographer and actor. Kisha Shantell had the opportunity to dance with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and after graduating high school, she worked on a short film entitled “Faster” a Columbia College Thesis Film written and produced by Marie Ullrich and “The In Crowd” a Christian Teen Series written and produced by Tracee Lewis of 4Given Films.

Kisha Shantell’s goals are to study her craft to perfection or close to it! Creating a successful career for herself. She wants to be the next best actress to set Chicago on fire. What she would like from this site is to meet creative hair stylists, make-up artists & photographers that can bring out the best of her in her photos.

Most recently, Shantell has developed a series called Khyli’s Tangled World: A Web-Series that follows an aspiring actress as she navigates through life balancing her family drama, father’s legacy and career. Check out more info here: www.khylistangledworld.com.

Kisha Shantell is currently working on several original Web-Series and is working on launching her production company Kisha Shantell Productions, where she is the Artistic/Creative Director.
