Kind, gentle and quietly obssesed with hair. Goran was born in 1979 in Bitola, Macedonia, a city with a long fashion and art tradition. His calling for art came very early in drawing and painting. His cutting scissors were first sharpened at the age of 12 and since then there is always something about hair that he needs to explore. He arrived in the USA at age 22. New culture brought to him new knowledge and experience. His learning curve peaked in 2005 when he opened Goran Coban Salon in Chicago (Lincoln Park) and now again with the opening of this River North location.
