So tell me-what IS Faces by Joy?
I am a professional makeup artist in the Richmond Virginia Area that is ready to help you look YOUR Personal best!

What kind of services do you provide?
I provide professional makeup services for Brides/Bridal parties, proms, senior portraits, proms, homecoming, special events, photo shoots, pageantry and anything else you come up with!

Do you have a web site?
Sure do...www.facesbyjoy.com ( i just launched it and I have been working really hard on it, so just pay it a quick visit!)

How much does your services cost?
Well that depends on what you are looking for. I will tell you that I will work with any size budget.

Where do you live?
I used to be a South-Sider (I hear the West End gasp), But now I live in Hanover Va. I am VERY familiar with the entire city and equally versed with BOTH sides of the river, West and South. (I am one of those lucky people)

Will you travel to my special event?
Yep, I will travel, I do charge a travel rate outside of Richmond, VA but I am more than happy to come to your destination wedding or big event.

Do you offer any discounts?
Sometimes, if you get me at the right time of the year I offer specials. (join my facebook group-facesbyjoy) and you will get updates on specials, discounts and little booking gifts I tend to like to giveaway!

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, cash, money order and Paypal. If you pay by check, you must give at least 7 days for it to clear before your event.

I have over 20 years experience in the acting and modeling industry, working with a multitude of makeup artists and photographers around the country. Over the past 10 years I have developed my makeup artistry skills for print, catalog, stage, pageantry and more. I have enjoyed working with individuals and groups providing corrective color makeovers and makeover preparations for print, stage, and appearances. I was also the featured makeup artist for the premier catalog for Kristy J International Swim Wear line. I am also the official hair and makeup artist for the North and South Carolina International Pageant Titleholders.
