Hi! I'm an experienced MUA with a passion for history and anything creative. I am an artist who isn't afraid of color, a perfectionist that does nothing halfway. I bring my experience as a retro re-enactor, my skill as a fine artist (over 20 years as a painter and sketcher as well as experience in color theory), passion for history and my extensive attention to detail to any event requiring my services as a makeup artist. I make certain the model as well as the photographer likes what he/she sees before I send the finished product out in front of the camera as I believe that a happy model equals superb shots and less editing for the photographer. I feel that my job as a makeup artist is to make sure the photographer spends less time behind the computer screen editing and more time capturing beautiful photos. I love creating a beautiful makeup look and want to be sure that not only is the model happy but the photographer too.

I take great pride in my extensive network of friends as many of the folks in it I have worked with before or know more than as mere acquaintances and can vouch for their professionalism, integrity and artistic "sensibility". Stumped on obtaining decent photographers, models, stylists etc? Feel free to ask me if I know anyone. Chances are, I just might and I'm all about helping others in their creative endeavors. I'm a huge supporter of the arts and am an artist myself. I paint, I draw, I collect (if you need props or wardrobe, I can definitely help in that department too) and I can apply some killer makeup.

I do SELECT TF work (TF means "trade for" not "free," this means you need to add some oomph to my portfolio for me to consider you if you are contacting me about TF), which entails that it needs to benefit the portfolios of ALL involved! If it's different and something I might be missing from my portfolio please by all means contact me and sell me on your idea.
