NIKKI COBLEY

I use make-up, illustration, print and photographs to explore ideas about Beauty and its representations within popular culture. At university I collaborated with both Art and Fashion students to better understand the construction of these representations and their social implications.

After graduating from Art School in Australia, I moved to London where I completed a short Fashion Make-Up course at LCF, worked as a make-up consultant with Lancome and collaborated with other artists, models and photographers to develop my portfolio.

I am keen to continue exploring these ideas further and indulging my own creative experimentations.
