Hi there! My name is Mel and I'm a freelance makeup artist trained in both beauty and basic effects. I've experience in wedding makeup, photography, smaller fashion shows, and film (including HD,) but I'm always eager for anything! I'm located in the Los Angeles area but am willing to travel if the circumstances permit. (Anything in the Bay/SF or Phoenix, Arizona areas are easy to arrange.)

I can do light hair, if needed, but I prefer to work with hairstylists, so I can focus more on the makeup =).

I use high quality makeup and practice proper sanitation of all my materials.

My rate depends on what makeup supplies/time are needed for the job. I'm willing to do TFP work if I'm interested in the project (generally meaning things other than basic glamour/headshots); I love new/interesting concepts and enjoy facing new challenges.
