I started playing sports when I was very young. I got into as many of them as possible including golf, wrestling, baseball, and tennis. Because of this I've always been very active and found that weight training helped me in my sports endeavors. At 20 years old I started focused mainly on bodybuilding. The changes that you can make to your body through weights, cardio, and a good diet are remarkable. I work for Bodybuilding.com and I'm constantly trying to increase my knowledge of training, nutrition, and overall health. Everyday I help people come closer to achieving their fitness goals and knowing this makes it worth going to work every day. I want to continue in this industry while at the same time exploring the world, making new friends, and taking advantage of every opportunity that comes my way. My path leads down the road of fitness and health... and I will do whatever it takes to reach my goals.

I want to help and inspire as many people as possible while at the same time following my dream of becoming a bodybuilder/fitness model. A person's health and quality of life, in my opinion, is one of the most important things they can have. If I can inspire just one person to get up, get moving, and lead a better healthier life... then I have achieved something worthwhile.
