I should really update the text, because apparently I'm now an OG since I've had my profile on here for so long. My current gear is a Canon T1i DSLR. I haven't had much desire to change it since it's just the right piece of equipment for photographing people, although I'm aspiring to go more traditional with a good old fashion pancake lens.

A majority of my photography is done for friends and individuals who need new photos of themselves. Pretty much 100% of my subjects are male, but other than that, they run the gamut from young to older, slim to muscular, posed or candid. I do specialize in nude photography and you'd be surprised how many guys aren't shy about being naked for the camera.

I do like to experiment with light and shadows, which I feel is the best makeup there is for guys who feel they need some touchup. I do not use Photoshop and do not perform heavy editing (sorry to the zit-faces out there). I occasionally do theme photography and much of it takes on a pop culture spin, taking cues from video game and anime culture.

If you are interested in getting some new photos, I am open to shooting for you as long as you can endure long shooting times, deal well in natural light, and have a sense of humor. I guess all of my services are TFP, but let's just say a subject with good temperament and patience is good enough for me.

My general experience from Model Mayhem is that it's incredibly difficult to find models/collaborators who can follow through with projects. It's not to say everyone is flaky; it's the reality that almost all of us are busy with the rest of our lives and modeling/photography takes a backseat to those other priorities. If we eventually meet and do a shoot, I'll always be grateful that there's that singular opportunity to work together; but like that dopey guy who always wants a second date, it's all those future opportunities that keeps me going when it comes to photography.
