I've been a photographer in the convention scene for over 25 years now as Director of Photography for the Atlanta Fantasy Fair and the founding DP at Dragon Con for 9 years from 1997 to 2006.

I  have shot commercially for the Government of Ireland's Commerce Department (Irish Enterprise), Random House Publishing, several Atlanta theater companies including Theatre Gael, and will occasionally shoot a wedding for a friend.

Shooting people is my passion, either informally or professionally.  I specialize in shooting events, private gatherings, and large groups of people in a relatively short time as is done for contests at SF conventions.  For example, the Dawn Contest in 2007 had about 70 entrants and was shot in about 2 hours at roughly 1 minute, 45 seconds per entry using two photographers.

At the present, I am working on building my portfolio and in general "airing my credentials".
