Again, all I can do is thank those of you that troll here to offer priggish commentary and naysay what will likely be a wonderful opportunity. Many more models have scoffed at your negativity and volunteered their talents. So this has worked well for me.

Glad you found models that meet your standards in a city you referred to as a wasteland!

Ummmm you know this is 2014 right?  Surely with your ever expanding list of accomplishments you can provide some documentation of some sort to being a "featured artist" in a gallery show, and if you've been on television I'm sure you were able to get a copy of the interview, or at least can find a youtube link right?  It's crazy...google must be broken because when you search for any combination of Dorola and art or photography/photographer all you get is a meetup link, and a linkedin profile (in addition to MM).  Did linkedin interview you?  Were you featured in some meetup.com art show?  I'm confused.  Care to elaborate?

Waiting with bated breath....

This is really tough.  Really a very weak portfolio that is why models won't answer your casting call. Perhaps they see how haphazard you are with your composition, poor taste, bad lighting, very poor retouch and they think " Hell if he can't get the photography right how in the hell is he going to plan to protect me from this 600 pound tiger.

I was also wondering how are you going to convince that female tiger to spread her hind legs so far. now that's dangerous.

Really forget all the crazy concepts and concentrate on takingbeautiful images. Spend your money on a few photography classes and pay attention in class this time.

I actually get paid to teach and consult in the photographic industry. I often get to test the new cameras before they are released. Worked on the Olympics. On average, I do over 100 model shoots a year. So to take a pretty picture is pretty easy.

If you wonder why I would take suggestive photos with Mickey Mouse, think a little deeper. My next series could involve Monsanto, Bank of America or a car company that makes a defective automobile. If you think that I'm here to make just pretty pictures, you have not read my profile or understood my direction. I've been a featured artist in gallery shows and been interviewed for TV because of its uniqueness. So, again, the tribe has voted with their $$$. Make all the pretty pictures  that you want and pat yourself on your back. Hopfully you will consider going to photo school and learn about uniqueness and inspiration, instead, of vanilla, everyones' favourite flavour.

I will say the way you wrote the casting just in the first paragraph scared me off, so I know it probably scared many models off. and by saying their can not be an escort because the model needs to be more concerned about the tiger. That would make me feel uneasy, and sorry to say but even though this may be an awesome shoot there are to many cautions to do it for free.

As many have said before there is a strong element of danger. I would have been remiss if I did not make that one of the key issues. If the first paragraph scared you off, I have to commend you for reading it well. Extreme fear that would give cause to freeze or panic in a shoot like this could be deadly for all those in the area of the tiger. To tell you the truth, I have no idea how you stop a 600lbs tiger if it decides to become aggressive. So there are many questions about safety that have to be satisfied before anyone gets in proximity of the cats. While the opportunity has been made for a great photoshoot, there is no one that wants any harm or injury to the tigers or models.

I would do the shoot in a heartbeat if it was payed. Otherwise, a lot of experienced models just can't find the time to shoot for fun.

I'd definitely consider you as one of the models as you easily surpass the requirements. Being an editorial type of shoot, I can't say it would be fun, but it would great experience and hopefully bring some serious attention to the genocide humans practice on other species and habitat destruction. Any time you are in the area, I can think of multiple themes that would work with you.
