The plaster is mostly gone.  There is one room left where plaster can be broken away from the lath.
The rest is down to studs and wood.  There is a big basement.

I have a very small studio that I rent out super cheap through word of mouth to friends and local photographers at times.

It's actually just a converted garage in my backyard in a super quiet, safe part of Culver City off the 405, but does have black, white, & gray 10' wide backdrops, a couple strobes and softboxes etc.  Most of the stuff in my port was shot there.

It's nothing fancy AT ALL, but I've rented it out to people for $15/hour if they're just looking for space and lights. Currently running a special  of $12/ hour with a 2 hour minimum.  If you need a small, central place to shoot for cheap, this is ideal.  Send me a MSG and I'll get back to you ASAP
