Denver Studio for rent hourly.

Southeast Studios is in a great part of the metro Denver area and maybe the easiest studio to find. It is just four block east of I-25 and East Arapahoe Rd in Greenwood Village. The facility is in a professional building with front door parking.

There is a total of 1,500SF. The lobby serves as a lounge area and has a business hub with a conference table and chairs, WiFi, and LCD television with cable. There is a professional makeup station that any MUA would love to work with and, of course, a separate large private lav and dressing room with floor to ceiing mirror and clothing rack. A mini-fridge keeps complimentary bottled water chilled and there is a copier/scanner for you to use.

The studio is 1,000SF and has 18' ceilings. There is an overhead door which is great for natural light as well as vehicle access. The walls are white finished sheetrock and the cement floor is grayscale matched. A WiFi ready disc player/radio is provided. The studio comes equipped for you with both hot lights and strobes with softboxes. umbrellas, scrim panels, reflectors, and an awesome 84" parabolic dome. There are two booms and a variety of stands including a gel holder. Two rolls of 9' seamless are always up with plenty of color options, seamless use has a $25 cut charge. However there is a great variety of fabric backdrops at no charge. The facility has plenty of posing blocks, furniture, and props for the perfect set up.

When you use the studio you can come in and lock the door. It is exclusive to your use so your property is secure and no one will be interrupting your shoot.

The studio is situated on the second floor and has rooftop access that looks over the beautiful University of North Carolina quad and buildings as well as a couple of amazing Churches. The back fire escape is great for shooting as well with its red brick and industrial feel.

Our team of photographers use the studio for their projects and we also have daily rental for local photographers in need of a great studio.
