If you're going to think outside the box then at least get on top of it...and dance. Well…at least this has been the philosophy of international male entertainer, model and entrepreneur, Cisco.  With a line of high-end bamboo, quality men’s underwear on the market and a burgeoning male entertainment dance company, being on the box may not be a bad place to be.

Cisco started his career in 1999 as an exotic dancer in the Denver nightclub scene.  His handsome face, smooth features, trim and chiseled physique, and amicable personality garnered him attention in the city as a dancer with potential, passion and much promise.  It was a photo shoot in September 2001 for a popular Latino models Web site that set the wheels in motion, jump starting Cisco’s career and launching him onto a bigger stage as an exotic dancer and model.  After the shoot and the notoriety that came along with it, Cisco started flying out to Los Angeles regularly, posing for photographers and steadily becoming one of the industry’s hottest faces.  It wasn’t long before Cisco was approached by Club Papi – a California-based Latino circuit party – to start dancing for their parties and events.  What followed was an eight-year relationship that expanded Cisco’s career in the States and abroad.  From being a cover model for Adelante magazine (Los Angeles), Wire magazine (Miami), and Ion magazine (Arizona) to being the face and featured entertainer for Sizzle (Miami), Tempted to Touch, Jeffrey Senker’s Annual White Party (Palm Springs, CA), The Divas Cruise, Blatino Oasis (Palm Springs, CA) and Vallarta Fever (Puerto Vallarta), Cisco has made a name for himself as one who delivers 100 percent, all the time.


As Cisco’s star status grew, his dedication and commitment to his fans did too.  His connection to people extended beyond the box and ultimately to their hearts.  In his advice column “Ask Cisco,” Cisco opened up to readers about his experiences as a father, his coming out process (which he wrote freely and honestly about in QV magazine, a gay publication) and gave tips on staying healthy.  His base continued to grow as people began to identify with Cisco the entertainer, as well as Cisco the individual.

At 37, the artist known as Cisco is continuing to evolve his craft as a businessman and visionary, while building a legacy for his family, in particular his daughter.  After years of dancing in nothing more than his underwear, Cisco was inspired to create a line of men’s underwear. YOCISCO Underwear, where sexy starts (the line’s motto), launched in June 2013 and combines color blocking, style and edge to create the perfect pair of sexy, yet comfortable briefs.  In addition to putting his mark on the fashion industry, Cisco manages a male entertainment company, Cisco’s Boyz, which he founded in 2009.  The company is gaining ground and momentum for showcasing some of the country’s hottest, urban male exotic dancers and performers.  Cisco understands the importance of treating performers with dignity and respect – something that he believes wholeheartedly in and values in his company.  He is also an advocate of gay rights and marriage, and feels it his responsibility to use his position as a public figure to bring attention to these platforms.
