I think I was about 7 years old when my grandmother handed me her camera and said, "Here love, take a photo of your Pa and me." Then after I took it she said it actually wasn't bad at all. She even framed it and put it above her television.

Then I got a digital camera for my birthday when I was in my teens but hardly ever used it.

In high school I got kicked out of my photography class because I said some not very nice things to my teacher. After high school I did a traineeship at a multimedia company for two years. I also learned how to edit videos. I made a fair few corporate videos for some big clients as well as some TV Commercials.

I got myself a DSLR camera. I went out and read a lot of books and websites and tried everything; landscape, street, portraits, events. I shot a lot of stuff for free. I made a lot of mistakes. I still make mistakes of course. The difference now is that they matter more when I make them.

I've been shooting for over 5 years, and I enjoy fashion, glamour and beauty most of all. I love to dive right in to a concept and style it right up. I work with the client very closely to get a clear goal in mind for the end product. There is no limit to the creativity.

I am currently based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, and am currently studying Film and Television at Bond University.
