and sometimes stopping buy most other cities, like Nashville, Charlotte, Charleston, etc.

I shoot on a Hasselblad X1D, Leica M6TTL 35mm Film Camera and a Rolleiflex Automatic 70mm (medium format) film camera.

My black and white photos are "real" black and white. Shot on black and white film, developed, and scanned. Not color (digital or analog) converted into black and white. It gives it a different dynamic range, and is important to me as an artistic process. If it was shot in color it will be shown in color, which is also important. I do not like converting from color to black and white, it feels like cheating, you lose the best of both. If there are scratches in the image, it's because I was careless, not because I wanted them there. But that is the organic process I take.

*** My beloved Leica M6 (first batch, close to the 400th M6 made) was stolen off a film set I was working on. In my misery I purchased a M6TTL to carry on, so I stepped out of photography for a few days, But I am back in it full force. (this is mostly written to have your compassion, it really bums me out that a camera that has spent so much time on my shoulder is gone)

My real passion is pop/fashion photography. Hard stretched lines, with clean geometric shapes, vivid colors, and flowing fabric, or none of that at all; it’s such an expressive world, that I love to work in.
The photos here express my personal style, but I am very adaptive and can work hard to capture the image that you are looking for. I update my photography equipment frequently insuring high quality (not expressed in the limited quality of MM photos). I am also very well versed in Adobe Photoshop, allowing me to offer basic touchups to major alterations along with my photography. I can shoot any concept that you have, as well as creating concepts of my own, including a large variety of locations previously scouted.
My full time job is Director for narrative fiction films. And I worked as a Director of Photography (Cinematographer) for a few years before, so I do videos really well too.
