Fashion designer Rebecca Beeson knows her customer. Her namesake collection embodies the wardrobe needs of savvy, sexy modern women who seek out wearable fashion. Rebecca’s aesthetic reflects the belief that confidence and comfort are central elements of style, a concept shared by her dedicated clientele. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area, Rebecca always knew that she would parlay her obsession for fashion and art into a successful career. Rebecca earned her liberal arts degree and enhanced her education with fashion courses at Louis Salinger Academy of Fashion in San Francisco. Every spare moment was spent over a drafting table pounding out design after design that she wore herself and sold to friends. Recognizing her talent and pursuit of perfection, Rebecca was encouraged by industry veterans to start her own business. Backing from supporters enabled Rebecca to open Isola, a retail clothing store.

At the suggestion of her business partner Rebecca began designing a fitted tee-shirt line for the store. The line took off, and after seven years in retail the collection’s success prompted Rebecca to close her store and pursue her dream of being a full-time designer. The Rebecca Beeson label was born.

Basic but never boring, Rebecca’s tees, dresses, and leggings are suited to women of the world. She incorporates her passion for world travel in all elements of design. “I love unique elements within the context of current fashion trends - something different with a little edge but still wearable day to day. I live to travel to each country, and see what is emerging. Observing cultures and people all over the world is my biggest source of inspiration—colors, textures, moods, ambience, music. I look forward to each season and the creative challenge of translating all of this information into a story for the next season’s collection,” Rebecca said

The result is Rebecca Beeson: a worldly collection of wardrobe staples for women who recognize the importance of individuality and creativity in fashionable dress. As the company expands, Rebecca continues her pursuit of interesting and exciting projects. Currently she is in the early stages of cultivating a prime Napa Valley lot for her signature wine label.
