Ambiguity - Elegance is something more than ease; it is more than a freedom from awkwardness or restraint. It implies, I conceive, a precision, a polish, a sparkling, spirited yet delicate." William Hazlitt

May 13, 2008 3:32am Hard to choose between this one and the other one by Bill, but I chose this one. I love the way the shadows fall on your breasts, really giving them oomph. I wish there were more light on your face and stomach though, as the lighting seems disproportionately placed on your arm and chest. That said, it feels like the placement of your right arm is ok but your left one ties into your facial expression in the sense of being slightly unsure, or uncomfortable. It seems like you were in between poses and were thinking of what to do next. Slightly natural, but at the same time not -- a bit too calculated, perhaps, especially in the left wrist being so inflected with the hand turned upwards instead of more toward the neck. A fuller smile would've been nice hear, and the eyes looking a little further up to get a glance of those peepers.
That said, I like the use of the lighting to bring out the wispy texture of the curtains, as the texture and regular patterns of the background really bring out the stark simplicity of your curves and the black outfit.
