April 12, 2013 1:31pm Perhaps I am a bit slow to respond, but perhaps that is what favorites and old friends are all about ... perhaps my International Center for the Arts really belongs in Paris, or near Paris in the beautiful countryside ... there has never been an artist in the world who hasn't been inspired by The City of Light ... and everything from the architecture, plazas, gardens, river and its banks, and the vistas from each street corner and every hilltop ... and I have been there in twice for a more twice in 1965 and know I am right.
