I wonder how it would look if you'd make it even bigger -- like a cabaret performer or an amazed child. I think the framing is really strong, and I like the soft light.
Small quibbles: I think this JPEG is just a bit over-sharpend, and I'd probably retouch over the eye just a touch. That's really important for beauty photography.
